So here’s the blog round-up so far. I am so happy that all of the bloggers took the time to listen and write thoughtful reviews of the new songs. I’m a fan, bloggers. It can be tough to think of new content and type it out and get it online and remember to include a picture and don’t forget to check a category box! But it’s fun, too.
Fifteen years ago we all would have been so confused; what on earth is a blog? Sounds swampy. Or something. But here we are today. All gathering around the same storytellers, just as we have for centuries. And even though there are millions of those storytellers, that’s the way it’s always been, too. In every neighborhood, community, church and family there are at least a couple of folks who love to tell a story. These days many of them just happen to write it down and publish it. Sometimes they have a much bigger audience than they would in the corner coffee shop, and sometimes the audience is nearly non-existent. I bet they say just as much, just as enthusiastically, no matter how many listeners are gathered around. I know I do.
